Contact Center Executive

About the role

The Contact Center Executive will deliver high‑quality customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about Aramex’s products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and messages, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Aramex products, services, and policies.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM/database system.
• Manage call handling time efficiently to ensure prompt responses.
• Identify and resolve customer problems while adhering to company procedures.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on customer trends and issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and quality scores.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum education.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience, empathy, and resilience.
• Excellent problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high typing speed.
