Content Analyst (SEO & E‑commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Analyst to create and optimise product and non‑product content for our e‑commerce website. The role focuses on delivering accurate, SEO‑friendly information that meets customer needs and drives traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Research technical and non‑technical specifications, images, and videos for products.
• Apply keyword research to optimise product pages and improve search visibility.
• Write unique, SEO‑aligned content for a wide range of products.
• Maintain product categories and attributes, ensuring timely publication.
• Upload and verify the layout of product content on the website.
• Produce blog articles that enhance the online shopping experience and link keywords to product pages.
• Update product categorisation based on evolving customer behaviours.
• Collaborate with an SEO agency and create online videos or infographics as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Ability to set goals, manage performance and report issues promptly.
• Creative mindset to develop appealing content and design templates.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic reading and writing.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience, preferably in a retail e‑commerce environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Magento or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• SEO keyword research and optimisation techniques.
