About the role
Join Concentrix as a Content Moderator Advisor in Irbid, where you will help ensure online content complies with client policies and legal standards. You will work daily with images, videos, text and user accounts, handling sensitive material while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate online content against established policies and procedures.
- Review and process accounts flagged for potentially sensitive or prohibited material.
- Visually inspect images, videos, text and user profiles to identify violations.
- Escalate policy breaches using internal tools when necessary.
- Maintain consistent quality in each moderation case.
- Achieve monthly productivity and quality KPIs.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or a call‑center environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
- Familiarity with customer‑service platforms and tools.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
