Content Moderator Advisor (Spanish/English) - Amman

About the role

Concentrix is hiring a Content Moderator Advisor in Amman who works with a client to make sure content is placed in the right category and contains no illegal material, in line with the client's requirements and Concentrix's business strategy. The role involves reviewing online content, including highly sensitive and explicit material, every day.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate online content against relevant policies and procedures.
• Review accounts flagged for potentially sensitive content to check for policy violations.
• Navigate and review images, videos, accounts and text content according to published policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate violations of client policies using internal tools when needed.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case and achieve monthly KPIs, including productivity.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or a call center.
• Bachelor or diploma degree in a related field.
• Basic to intermediate English (B1).
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Awareness of customer service platforms and tools.
