نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن طباخ (Cook II) للانضمام إلى فريق المطبخ في فندق ماريوت بالعقبة. المسؤولية تشمل إعداد وتحضير الطعام وفقاً للمعايير المحددة وضمان جودة وسلامة الغذاء.

المهام الرئيسية

تحضير المكونات من تقطيع وتخزين الفواكه والخضروات.
قياس ومزج المكونات وفقاً للوصفات.
طهي الطعام باستخدام الأفران، المواقد، الشوايات، الميكروويف والقلايات.
اختبار نضج الطعام وضمان جودته أثناء التحضير.
تنظيف وتعقيم منطقة المطبخ والأدوات بعد الانتهاء.

الملف المطلوب

دبلوم مدرسة ثانوية أو ما يعادله.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الطهي.
عدم وجود خبرة إدارية سابقة.

المهارات المطلوبة

القدرة على تشغيل معدات المطبخ المختلفة.
الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والنظافة.
العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل بوضوح.
