About the role
The Business Cycle Coordinator supports daily store operations, ensuring that policies, processes, and data security standards are consistently applied. This position also handles documentation for the sourcing function and contributes to inventory visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Follow security and safety procedures to protect confidential company data.
- Prepare and distribute daily indicator reports to relevant sections.
- Assist with periodic warehouse and selling‑area audits and develop action plans when needed.
- Complete Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and transmit them to suppliers.
- Compile reports on key performance indicators such as Zero Stock and Leaflet Out of Stock.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance leadership and technical competencies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar function.
- E‑commerce experience is an advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
