Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

The Corporate Operations Executive will oversee the performance of ACCESS USA SHIPPING shipments within the Aramex network. This role ensures efficient coordination, monitors transit times, resolves service issues, and drives continuous improvement to deliver high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer‑specific requests from ACCESS USA SHIPPING, ensuring timely handling and clear communication.
• Coordinate with origin and destination stations to resolve shipment issues, maintain proper documentation, and oversee returns and redelivery.
• Monitor transit times, analyze performance trends, and implement improvement initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Identify service deficiencies, escalate operational gaps, and apply corrective actions to comply with SLAs and regulations.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports covering business growth, customer feedback, and key metrics.
• Leverage technology and process enhancements to optimize operations and support volume growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or operations, with exposure to transit time monitoring and performance analysis.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
