About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Amman. You will play a key part in expanding our client base, particularly within the healthcare technology and digital clinic solutions sector, by identifying and converting new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers to support business growth.
- Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Track performance and provide regular reports on acquisition metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to attract and convert new customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
- Preference for experience in the healthcare technology or digital clinic solutions sector.
