About the role
We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail team. The role involves handling customer inquiries across phone, email and chat, delivering professional and empathetic service that reflects the brand’s high‑end experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and issues via calls, emails and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain complex product or service information clearly to ensure customer understanding.
- Take ownership of concerns, provide timely solutions and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
- Manage multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency to meet service level expectations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical‑thinking ability and sound decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organized with proven multitasking capabilities.
- Customer‑centric mindset focused on delivering outstanding service.
