Customer Engineer – Full-Stack Node.js/TypeScript

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Customer Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting of our AI‑native customer experience platform. This role blends deep technical work with customer interaction, ensuring that complex issues are resolved quickly and that product improvements are driven by real‑world feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers.
• Debug complex technical issues across the product stack and customer environments.
• Investigate and build integrations with helpdesk and CRM tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.
• Ship fixes, integration enhancements, and product improvements using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot AI‑agent behavior and contribute to refining AI/LLM workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering to turn customer problems into actionable product features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Strong full‑stack fundamentals with solid back‑end and systems understanding.
• Production experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI agents, LLM APIs, or prompt engineering (deep ML expertise not required).
• Proven ability to debug and solve complex technical problems.
• Previous customer‑facing technical experience in SaaS (implementation, solutions engineering, or technical support).
• Familiarity with helpdesk and CRM APIs (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot).
• Fluent English and confidence communicating directly with enterprise customers.
• Based in Jordan and comfortable working on‑site in Amman.
• Willingness to work across US, Europe, and Saudi time zones when needed.
