Customer Onboarding Consultant

About the role

ZenHR is seeking a passionate Customer Onboarding Consultant to lead the implementation of its cloud‑based HRMS for SMEs and enterprises across the MENA region. You will act as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the ZenHR platform and successful adoption of its features.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for SME and enterprise customers throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collect, cleanse, and migrate customer data into ZenHR accounts following quality guidelines.
• Prepare data templates and perform advanced data clustering and filtration.
• Learn and apply MENA labour law and internal policies within the system.
• Configure payroll, attendance machine integrations, and financial system connections.
• Train customer stakeholders on using ZenHR and run payroll in compliance with local tax and social security regulations.
• Maintain regular project status updates and coordinate with the project management team.
• Provide handover documentation to Technical Account Managers and ensure post‑implementation customer satisfaction.
