About the role
Zain is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to represent the brand in Al‑Ghour. You will interact with customers through multiple channels, provide product information, handle complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while following company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, text, social media, and other channels.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build positive relationships by addressing questions, feedback, and confirmations promptly.
- Promote Zain’s products and services, upsell and cross‑sell when opportunities arise.
- Stay updated on new offerings and competitor services through training and self‑learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Resident of Al‑Ghour.
