About the role

Zain is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to represent the brand in Al‑Ghour. You will interact with customers through multiple channels, provide product information, handle complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while following company policies.

Key responsibilities

Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, text, social media, and other channels.
Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
Build positive relationships by addressing questions, feedback, and confirmations promptly.
Promote Zain’s products and services, upsell and cross‑sell when opportunities arise.
Stay updated on new offerings and competitor services through training and self‑learning.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Resident of Al‑Ghour.
