About the role
Concentrix is looking for bilingual Arabic‑English Customer Service Advisors to join its Irbid team. You will interact with customers from a variety of leading brands across sectors such as technology, finance, travel, fashion and healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels (voice, email, chat, social media) and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Assess customer needs, expectations and respond appropriately to ensure a consistent experience.
- Utilise company software tools to log interactions and improve service quality.
- Promote positive brand experiences and represent the company’s values.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with help‑desk systems is a plus.
