Customer Service (Education Counseling) Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service (Education Counseling) Officer to join our Amman team. The role will initially be remote, providing personalized guidance to Middle‑East students interested in studying abroad, and will later move to our on‑site office.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Guide applicants through admission requirements, documentation and the enrolment process.
• Support the on‑ground Saudi counsellor by handling new and ongoing student queries.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date student records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth applicant journey.
• Participate in online information sessions and virtual counselling events.
• Identify recurring concerns and propose improvements to processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in customer service or student counselling, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high responsiveness.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms (a plus).

• Full‑time position with a 6‑day work week (Sunday‑Thursday 10 am‑7 pm, Saturday 12 pm‑6 pm).
