About the role
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join Nebo Rides in Amman. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and chat, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for our limousine and private transportation services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services, vehicle options and booking procedures.
- Create, modify and confirm reservations using the company’s reservation/CRM system.
- Coordinate with operations and drivers to verify schedules and resolve any delays or changes.
- Document all customer interactions and monitor feedback, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Share recurring issues and customer insights with the team to support continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple tasks and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
- High reliability, attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with reservation or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
