Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary liaison between Riverhead’s consultants, experts and its client base. You will ensure smooth onboarding, optimal talent‑project matching, and high‑quality service delivery across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard consultants and experts to the Riverhead platform and validate profiles against internal standards.
• Maintain and organise consultant and client data in the CRM to improve outreach and communication.
• Use data‑driven analysis to match talent to projects based on Riverhead’s competency framework.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and consultants, handling inquiries, complaints and providing guidance.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, implementing rapid solutions to improve the user experience.
• Monitor service quality and operational efficiency, recommending process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform functionality and drive overall success.
• Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing partners and recruitment agencies to ensure seamless collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Background in talent acquisition, customer service/management, marketing or communication.
• Experience in management consulting or AI‑related domains is a plus.
• Experience with startups or the startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask and set clear priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
