Customer Success Technical Advisor

About the role

TrendAI™ is seeking a Customer Success Technical Advisor to act as the strategic technical liaison for our enterprise clients. You will move beyond reactive support to become a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve measurable cybersecurity resilience within the TrendAI Vision One™ ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical voice after deployment, focusing on security outcomes rather than ticket resolution.
• Contribute to Customer Success Plans with technical milestones, roadmap adoption, version upgrades, and feature deployments.
• Conduct architectural reviews and configuration audits to ensure full platform utilization.
• Guide onboarding, deployment, and rapid time‑to‑value initiatives, delivering tailored workshops and best‑practice sessions.
• Provide technical oversight during critical security events and recommend hardening actions.
• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analysis on complex issues and deliver long‑term strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, R&D, and Sales Engineering to influence product roadmaps.
• Maintain a single source of truth for account health, including environment maps and operational reports.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, security architecture, systems engineering, or client‑facing consulting.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Extensive experience with SIEM/SOC operations and endpoint/network defense technologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable, operational solutions.
