Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect

About the role

FutureTEC is seeking a Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect to design and present multi‑vendor security solutions for enterprise, government, banking and telecom customers across Jordan and the wider region. You will work with a leading portfolio that includes Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, Google Cloud Security, Infoblox, Forcepoint, Delinea, Proofpoint and Bitdefender, turning customer requirements into winning technical proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and solution presentations with customers.
• Design end‑to‑end cybersecurity architectures covering network, cloud, identity/PAM, email, endpoint (EDR/XDR/MDR), DNS/DDI, data protection and SOC/SIEM.
• Prepare high‑level and low‑level designs, bill of quantities, sizing, licensing and full technical proposals.
• Own the technical response to RFP/RFI/RFQ and compliance documentation.
• Run product demos and proof‑of‑concepts with vendors and distributors.
• Ensure a smooth handover from presales to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Proven experience in the Jordan market; GCC exposure is a plus.
• Hands‑on or presales experience with at least two vendors from the listed portfolio.
• At least one relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, PCNSE, Fortinet FCP/FCSS, AZ‑500, SC‑100, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer).
• Excellent presentation, proposal‑writing and customer‑facing communication skills.
