Demand & Supply Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead end‑to‑end forecasting and inventory management across multiple brands, SKUs and markets. You will partner with sales, finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand signals translate into optimal purchase plans and stock availability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rolling demand forecast for all brands, validating promotional uplift, new listings and distributor orders.
• Reconcile sell‑in, sell‑out and distributor stock‑on‑hand data to isolate true consumer demand.
• Convert the consensus demand plan into supplier‑level purchase plans, accounting for lead times, MOQ, transit, customs and shelf‑life constraints.
• Sequence purchase orders and shipments to deliver the right stock at the right time and with sufficient remaining shelf life.
• Set and monitor stock‑cover targets, service levels and working‑capital balances.
• Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning commercial, finance and supply‑chain functions.
• Coach and develop junior demand planners and build repeatable planning processes.
• Report a monthly planning scorecard to the CEO covering forecast accuracy, service level, stock ageing and liquidation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of demand and supply planning experience in FMCG, preferably with import/distribution exposure.
• Proven track record of challenging sales forecasts and converting demand into purchase plans across multiple markets.
• Experience managing shelf‑life‑sensitive product categories.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP Business One preferred) and advanced Excel/analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
