Digital Construction Manager

About the role

DISTY 360 is looking for a Digital Construction Engineer to support our reseller and end‑customer network across the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Digital Construction Manager, you will work fully remotely, helping AEC professionals adopt BIM and other digital construction technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical guidance to resellers and customers.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and live demos that showcase product value and workflow improvements.
• Guide customers through BIM adoption, model management, and cloud collaboration.
• Conduct training, onboarding, and implementation workshops.
• Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and act as a trusted advisor to partners.

Required profile

• Structural Engineer or Architect with 2‑5 years of experience in digital construction.
• Hands‑on experience with real‑world AEC projects using CAD, structural analysis, design, and BIM tools.
• Background in customer‑facing technical roles such as BIM consulting, implementation, technical support, presales, or training.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English (or French) communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely across multiple regional markets.
