Digital Content Creator – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Content Creator to join Hujrah Village in Amman. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality photo and video assets that showcase our mixed‑use destination, its restaurants, attractions and events across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit professional photo and video content from concept to final delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end videography and photography production independently, including shot lists, backups and media libraries.
• Organise and maintain content folders, archives and assets for marketing and social media use.
• Create reels, short‑form videos, promotional campaigns and event coverage for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, TripAdvisor and other platforms.
• Capture the everyday experience of the village – restaurants, attractions, architecture and activations.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling and social‑media publishing.
• Monitor trends and adapt content to maximise engagement.

Required profile

• Strong videography and photography expertise.
• Proven ability to produce polished end‑to‑end content in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills for managing shoots, files and archives.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or destination branding is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing videography, photography, editing and social‑media content.

Required skills

• Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.
• Photo editing software: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, sound and storytelling.
• Proficiency in videography, photography and video editing techniques.
