Digital Knowledge and Platforms Analyst

About the role

The Digital Knowledge and Platforms Analyst ensures the quality, organization, and governance of information across KEO’s digital platforms, including SharePoint Online, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Digital Asset Management systems. The role designs intuitive information architectures, enforces governance standards, and prepares the environment for AI‑assisted knowledge retrieval.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve KEO’s enterprise information architecture across SharePoint Online, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Define and enforce governance standards (naming conventions, metadata schemas, permission models, retention policies, content lifecycle) and conduct regular audits to eliminate redundant, outdated, and trivial (ROT) content.
• Administer the DAM system, ensuring proper ingestion, tagging, classification, rights management, and accessibility for authorized users.
• Drive DAM adoption across marketing, communications, and project teams to improve asset discoverability and reduce duplication.
• Collaborate with business units to capture, organize, and publish knowledge assets such as lessons learned, SOPs, templates, and best‑practice guides.
• Maintain KEO’s intranet content strategy, keeping SharePoint pages and knowledge hubs current and useful for a global workforce.
• Structure repositories to support AI‑assisted knowledge retrieval using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Search, and future AI tools.
• Explore AI‑powered information management capabilities, including auto‑tagging, intelligent content recommendations, and AI‑assisted lifecycle management.
