Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

MADA marketing agency is expanding its in‑house team and seeks a 360° Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activities for its real‑estate projects. The role goes beyond social media, covering strategy, execution, optimisation and close collaboration with sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, maintain the content calendar and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers and external partners to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Plan, launch and monitor campaigns across all digital channels.
• Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Work with the sales team to manage leads and support follow‑up activities.
• Conduct competitor research and track market trends, especially within the Iraqi real‑estate market.

Required profile

• Available to start immediately.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, organization and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Preferred: experience in the real‑estate sector, knowledge of the Iraqi market, work with premium brands, familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics.
