Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Account Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will also act as an Account Manager for hospitality and F&B clients. You will shape and execute digital strategies, oversee content creation, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with hospitality and food‑and‑beverage clients.
• Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise content production, including food photography, venue shoots and video.
• Maintain social media calendars, execute campaigns and engage community audiences.
• Launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and internal teams to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
• Analyze performance data, produce reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support new‑business development.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media best practices and hospitality industry insights.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, account management or hospitality marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising and content marketing.
• Knowledge of hospitality brands, customer experience and seasonal campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Jordan’s restaurant, café and hotel market is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
