Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Imperial Real Estate Development is hiring a skilled, creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Amman, Airport Road. The role covers paid advertising, campaign management, lead generation and website maintenance, with immediate joining preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
• Develop audience targeting strategies to reach potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Manage social media advertising accounts and advertising budgets.
• Generate qualified leads and support the company's marketing and sales objectives.
• Maintain the company's website, domain and hosting services, using WordPress to update and optimize content.
• Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation and campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, advertising strategies and platform updates.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong background in social media marketing, campaign management, audience targeting and lead generation.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent advertising results and generate quality leads.
• Experience with WordPress is required; familiarity with AI tools is required.
• Knowledge of website management, domain registration and hosting services.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Familiarity with AI tools in digital marketing.
• Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
