Direct Sales Agent – E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent to drive the growth of our e‑commerce platform. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants, helping them launch and manage their online stores while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new clients to the platform.
• Assist businesses in opening and setting up their online stores.
• Act as the main account manager for assigned merchants.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Monitor store performance and follow up to ensure merchant satisfaction.
• Support vendors with product uploads, store management, and platform usage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, e‑commerce, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Arabic speaking required; English is a plus.
• Must own a car and hold a valid driving licence.
