Direct Sales Representative – Outdoor

About the role

The Direct Sales Representative (Outdoor) will drive the bank's retail sales initiatives by engaging customers directly in the field. This role focuses on promoting banking products, achieving sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the department’s sales plan to meet targets set by Retail Management.
• Execute direct sales initiatives and detailed sales plans.
• Plan daily calls and visits to ensure achievement of sales goals.
• Promote the bank’s services and products through direct and cross‑selling.
• Maintain and improve customer relationships, ensuring service quality exceeds expectations.
• Represent the bank at exhibitions and campaigns to enhance its image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail banking and sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with comprehensive knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong marketing and selling abilities, flexibility, patience, and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure, focus on details, and take responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer applications and various system tools.
