Director of Sales – Multi-Property

About the role

The Director of Sales – Multi‑Property leads the daily sales operations for a portfolio of hospitality properties, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring the team achieves personal and collective booking goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning plans with revenue and market objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by setting personal booking targets, recommending goals for the sales team, and approving space releases for catering events.
• Monitor and support the day‑to‑day activities of direct reports, participate in sales calls, and oversee proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence.
• Analyse market and financial data using sales systems, assist revenue management with forecasting, and report on sales performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by leading guest hospitality initiatives, gathering feedback, and coaching staff to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team, set targets, and achieve revenue objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and financial data.
