Distribution Driver (Customer Service & Delivery)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Distribution Driver to provide excellent customer service by delivering orders promptly and courteously throughout the Amman area. The role combines safe vehicle operation, cash handling, and basic warehouse duties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of products to customer addresses, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Load, unload, inspect, and prepare a small commercial cargo van (up to 5 tons) for each route.
• Collect cash payments, obtain customer signatures, and verify ID for credit card transactions.
• Maintain records of pick‑ups, deliveries, mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
• Gather customer feedback, address complaints, and promote new products and services.
• Assist with year‑end physical inventory counts in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Valid driving license with an excellent driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a distribution driver in the Amman area.
• Knowledge of target delivery zones and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Required skills

• Commercial cargo van operation (5 tons).
