About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented E‑Channels Officer to support and improve our digital transaction channels. The role involves monitoring system stability, providing technical support to banks and internal teams, and ensuring smooth operation of online payment services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily operational checks across all assigned systems to guarantee stability and readiness.
- Provide timely technical support to banks, internal departments, and cross‑functional teams, escalating incidents when necessary.
- Conduct functional and technical testing for system enhancements, new features, and fixes.
- Handle online transaction channels such as ATM, POS, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Perform certificate management and validation activities.
Required profile
- Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the payments or e‑channels field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of digital transaction systems and electronic banking operations (a plus).
