Educational Sales Specialist – K–12 Schools

About the role

BookSource is seeking Educational Sales Specialists to join its Amman team. This client‑facing position focuses on promoting K‑12 curriculum‑aligned solutions, with the option to specialise in English Language Teaching (ELT) or STEM subjects. You will build relationships with international and private schools, drive measurable sales growth, and represent the company at education events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BookSource’s K‑12 portfolio, including ELT, Science, Mathematics, ICT and digital solutions.
• Plan and conduct school visits, meetings and product demonstrations.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities across private and international schools.
• Develop long‑term relationships with principals, heads of department and teachers.
• Propose tailored solutions that meet institutional and classroom needs.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent BookSource at regional and international exhibitions, trade fairs and education events.
• Collaborate with publishers and internal teams to refine market positioning and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Classroom teaching experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IGCSE, IB, NGSS and CEFR frameworks.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Jordan and internationally, with a valid driving licence.
