Event Service Expert – Banquet

About the role

The Event Service Expert – Banquet joins our Guest Event team to create memorable experiences for banquet and event guests. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of events from set‑up through break‑down, ensuring every detail contributes to a flawless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Transport supplies and materials to and from event spaces.
• Take guest orders, deliver food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with company policies.
• Uphold quality standards, professional appearance, and courteous communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving items up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in food‑and‑beverage or event service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to following safety procedures, company policies, and uniform standards.
