Experienced Associate – Quality, Risk & Security (Egypt/Jordan)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Experienced Associate to support its Tax & Legal Quality Risk Management (QRM) team across Egypt and Jordan. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operational tasks, policy implementation and risk‑related consulting for tax professionals in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the operations team with daily tasks linked to risk‑management projects for Middle East Tax.
• Support Operations/Risk teams in implementing and updating risk‑management policies.
• Participate in risk‑management reviews of projects and provide consultancy on risk issues.
• Monitor compliance with regional laws and regulations.
• Prepare alerts and communications on risk‑management matters.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions on risk‑management topics.
• Execute additional elements of the risk‑management program as required.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, preferably in a finance operations department.
• Experience in risk‑management roles or projects within a Big 4 firm is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business or Risk Management.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.
