About the role
Join the hospitality team at Marriott Hotel in Amman as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for lounge guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every interaction reflects Marriott’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, linens, and service stations according to lounge standards.
- Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety protocols.
- Uphold Marriott’s uniform, appearance, and professional communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
