Finance Manager

About the role
Astrolabe Coffee is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function in Amman. The role involves overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with Jordanian regulations, and supporting strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and periodic reports for senior management.
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure timely closing of books.
- Oversee tax compliance, including income and sales tax, and adhere to local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to guarantee data integrity.
- Utilise SAP for financial transactions, reporting and analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in financial management and accounting.
- Proven experience with SAP.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector is a plus.
- CMA certification is an advantage.
