Financial Analyst – Amman

About the role

Cluster Consulting is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join its Amman office. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to apply academic knowledge to real‑world financial forecasting, analysis, and valuation within a fast‑growing professional services network.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and consolidate financial data using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, management accounts, and trial balances.
• Develop financial models and conduct business valuations across various industries.
• Prepare detailed reports and perform ratio analysis, yearly growth calculations, and other key financial metrics.
• Perform financial forecasting based on market trends, company performance, and client business plans.
• Summarize findings into comprehensive financial reports highlighting conclusions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate status (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
