Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

Agoda is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join its Finance team in Bangkok. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive performance, build future plans, and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Add immediate value and support the organisation during an exciting and dynamic growth phase.
• Develop insightful analysis, dashboards and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
• Support the forecast process and manage regular reporting, forecasting, and general planning.
• Collaborate closely with key business leaders and the broader Finance organisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.
• Motivated to make a significant impact in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience working in financial planning and analysis within a large, data‑driven organization.
