Fleet Management Technician

About the role

CALIBRE is looking for a Fleet Management Technician to support non‑tactical vehicle operations in its Area Support Group – Jordan. You will ensure that the vehicle fleet is ready, compliant, and efficiently managed through dispatching, maintenance coordination, and thorough record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily dispatching and scheduling of non‑tactical vehicles.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, logs, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service requirements.
• Conduct and track vehicle inspections and readiness status.
• Ensure compliance with Army motor transport regulations (AR 58‑1, DA PAM 750‑8).
• Monitor vehicle usage, report discrepancies, and support administrative fleet functions.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of fleet management experience within the last five years.
• Experience with dispatching, maintenance coordination, and records management.
• Working knowledge of AR 58‑1 and DA PAM 750‑8.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) background investigation.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicle requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
