Food & Beverage Server

About the role

The Food & Beverage Server will create exceptional dining experiences for guests at Four Seasons Amman. You will deliver attentive, personalized service, present menu items knowledgeably, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Present food and beverage menu items, describing ingredients, origins, flavors and preparation methods.
• Enter guest orders, including special requests or dietary requirements, into the hotel’s POS system and coordinate with the culinary team.
• Verify completed orders for accuracy and deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, monitor satisfaction, provide recommendations and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare and process guest checks (cash, credit, complimentary, void) in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Set up, maintain and break down dining tables, buffets and food stations, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment while collaborating professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
