Forex Account Manager

About the role

RYZE is seeking an experienced Forex Account Manager to join its team in Amman, Jordan. The role suits a serious, highly committed professional with strong experience in the Forex industry in Jordan who understands client account opening, onboarding, documentation and ongoing account follow-up. The Account Manager handles and maintains clients' Forex accounts while ensuring a professional, organized and efficient client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on the opening of Forex accounts for clients
• Guide clients through the account-opening and onboarding process
• Follow up on required documentation, verification and account activation procedures
• Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and provide ongoing support for existing accounts
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client accounts, documentation, communications and follow-ups
• Coordinate with relevant parties on account-opening procedures and client requirements
• Ensure client requests and account matters are handled efficiently and professionally
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and manage a large existing client base

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Forex industry in Jordan
• Previous experience in Forex account management, client relations, onboarding or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site in Amman

Required skills

• Strong practical understanding of Forex account opening, onboarding, verification and client account procedures
• Knowledge of Forex and financial markets terminology and the Jordanian market
• Strong Arabic communication skills and good command of English
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, able to manage many client accounts
