Freelance E-Learning Developer

About the role

We are seeking a freelance E‑Learning Developer to transform DGE’s TranslationHub inventory and Figma journey maps into engaging, interactive training courses. You will work closely with the CDP platform team and an Arabic localization specialist to deliver SCORM‑compliant modules that guide users through real‑world workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the existing TranslationHub feature list and user‑journey documentation to define course modules grouped by workflow and persona.
• Create storyboards in Figma or PowerPoint for each module, including introductory, conversational Q&A, step‑by‑step simulations, and assessments.
• Develop interactive courses using Articulate (Storyline or equivalent), incorporating click‑through simulations that mirror the live platform.
• Write two‑person scripts for AI voiceover generation and build MCQ question banks for graded assessments.
• Package courses as SCORM files and hand them to the CDP team for upload.
• Coordinate weekly syncs, technical kickoff, and QA sign‑off with the project team.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Articulate (Storyline or similar) and SCORM packaging.
• Strong instructional design background for enterprise software or process training.
• Ability to translate Figma or PowerPoint storyboards into interactive simulations.
• Experience designing MCQ assessments and defining pass thresholds.
• Comfort with AI voiceover tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) and Arabic localization is a plus.
