Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to shape the visual identity of CXG Learn, our mobile‑first learning platform serving luxury and premium brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating premium, “Insta‑story” style learning content directly inside our authoring tool.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine learning‑module templates in the authoring platform, ensuring consistent typography, colour, layout and navigation.
• Develop distinct visual identities for various learning paths such as Luxury, Clienteling, Emotional Selling and Management.
• Build reusable visual and icon libraries, including boutique backgrounds and category‑specific assets.
• Revamp existing modules to be more premium, mobile‑first and scalable while maintaining CXG Learn guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly based on feedback.

Required profile

• Strong visual eye with a premium, luxury‑coded sensibility.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new authoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality designs on a remote basis.

Required skills

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy and mobile‑first design.
