Freelance Recruiter - Commission Based

About the role

We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters to source and place qualified candidates for our growing team. This commission‑based role rewards you only for successful hires, offering flexibility and the opportunity to leverage your existing network.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases and personal networks.
• Identify and match candidates to our job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification interviews.
• Submit suitable profiles to the hiring team and coordinate throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain communication with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring positions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑screening abilities.
• Access to LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases or an established candidate network.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and be results‑oriented.
