Full-Cycle Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Division50 delivers done‑for‑you digital marketing solutions—including paid advertising, social media management, SEO, and lead generation—through monthly retainers. We are looking for a Full‑Cycle Sales Executive to own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and revenue collection, for our marketing‑services packages.

Key responsibilities

• Run the complete sales cycle end‑to‑end: qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, pitch the appropriate service package, handle objections, and close deals.
• Sell intangible services such as ad management, social media, SEO, lead generation, and retainers.
• Own and maintain your sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure newly‑acquired accounts succeed and renew.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and closed‑deal quotas.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital‑marketing or lead‑generation services on a retainer basis (paid‑ads, social media, SEO, lead‑gen programs).
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including closing, not just appointment setting.
• Ability to discuss specific services sold, typical deal sizes, and close rates.
• Fluent, confident English and comfortable presenting on video; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Experience selling to Middle‑East or GCC markets and an existing network of agency or software‑to‑marketer contacts is advantageous.
