Fullstack Software Engineer – Core Billing Platform

About the role

Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to design, build, and own the core billing platform that powers its health‑benefits services across multiple countries. You will work on high‑volume, mission‑critical systems that translate complex regulatory rules into reliable, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core billing engine handling thousands of daily transactions.
• Design modular, reusable billing primitives that can be extended across products and regions.
• Integrate with external payment gateways, partner APIs, and internal services.
• Automate billing schedules and workflows for multi‑country operations.
• Ensure system reliability, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver a unified platform.

Required profile

• Strong interest in solving complex business logic and system dependencies.
• Experience (or strong willingness) with scalable, resilient platform design.
• Comfortable working in an English‑speaking environment.
• Open to all experience levels, from junior to senior.
