Graphic Designer – Full‑Time

About the role

Estadeem is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its dynamic team in Amaan, Jordan. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to produce visual assets that support branding, campaigns, and client projects across sectors such as food & beverage and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts, layouts, and visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Create marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
• Prepare artwork for print, digital, and web use, ensuring optimal quality and consistency.
• Support video and motion‑graphics projects by providing visual elements or storyboards.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to create 3D models and visualizations.
