Growth Marketing Manager – Crypto

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives within its crypto trading platform. You will shape the growth strategy, work closely with product and sales teams, and help expand the user base in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth marketing strategies to boost user acquisition and platform adoption.
• Analyse user funnels, campaign performance and behavioural data to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Oversee SEO, digital advertising and marketing automation programmes.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance onboarding and retention flows.
• Manage referral, affiliate and partnership programs to accelerate growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the crypto sector.
• Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Media.
• 7+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech or trading platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
