About the role
The Guest Relations & Club Lounge Manager oversees all front‑of‑house interactions, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of hospitality throughout their stay. Based in Amman, this full‑time position leads the lobby and club lounge teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily Guest Services and Front Desk operations, supervising staff and stepping in when needed.
- Maintain service standards, handle guest complaints, and resolve disputes to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular facility inspections for appearance, safety, security, and maintenance compliance.
- Implement customer recognition programs and ensure adherence to all hotel policies and emergency procedures.
- Support energy‑conservation initiatives and monitor compliance during property tours.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to continuously improve service quality.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least one year of guest‑services or front‑desk experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on integrity and teamwork.
- Ability to lead, influence, and act as a role model for staff.
