About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will go beyond simple check‑in and check‑out duties to create memorable, unique experiences for every guest. You are empowered to move throughout the property, anticipate needs, and turn routine transactions into meaningful moments that reflect Marriott’s promise of "Wonderful Hospitality. Always."

Key responsibilities

Process operational needs and complete reports related to guest stays.
Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
Maintain a safe, professional environment by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Ensure personal appearance, uniform compliance, and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
